Wine & Dine Half Marathon Registration opens tomorrow

Registration for Walt Disney World’s November race weekend officially opens tomorrow! Noon EST or 9am for all of us in California.

This particular RunDisney event is unique in that it combines its race weekend with Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival.  Not only that, its an EXCLUSIVE event for Wine & Dine runners! Registered runners can enjoy over 25 kiosks “around the world” in Epcot the evening of the Half Marathon, which boasts pairings of delicious specialty foods and wine.

The Half Marathon itself takes you 13.2 miles through 3 Disney parks at night with special character meet & greets as well as fun entertainment and cheer squads along the way.  It is Definitely one of the most unique half marathons in the RunDisney family.

Alongside the  Half Marathon, the weekend includes :

Mickey’s Jingle Jungle 5k

Kids Races featuring Dashes (100m dash followed by the 200m, 400m and Diaper Dash) and a One Mile race for the big kids.

RunDisney Expo

PreRace Taste with some selections from the Wine & Dine Festival

Finish Line Party with evening access to the Epcot food kiosks

All race participants receive an awesome swag bag that includes a race shirt and extra goodies.

2015 Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend is scheduled for November 6-7th at the Walt Disney World Resort.

This race is definitely on my RunDisney docket for the future! What could be better than Disney Parks, a Half Marathon, Food and Wine?? I’m sold!

Anyone planning on registering?
