Earlier this spring, Daps Magic was invited to go on its first Disney Cruise Line media trip. This cruise was aboard the Disney Wonder. It departed San Diego and had stops at Catalina and Ensenada, Mexico. This was a four-night cruise that was full of magic with no shortage of memories being made.

The first day was embarkation day in San Diego. Parking was across the street and a short walk from the ship, which was located in downtown San Diego. Checking in, going through security, and boarding the ship was very simple and efficient. This was a very good start, and there was a festive feel in the air (despite having lost my glasses, more on that later). The real magic began upon boarding the ship and being announced while doing so. This is when the hospitality and magic of Disney Cruise Line stepped into high gear.

It also reveals the thoughts and feelings that were being had while experiencing things aboard this beautiful ship for the first time. On top of that, it shows what a beautiful port San Diego is to depart from (this is good, as the Disney Cruise Line signed an agreement that means more cruises will be coming from there in the coming years!).
