Two nighttime spectaculars are returning to Walt Disney World Resort this spring. Both Happily Ever After and EPCOT Forever will be lighting up the nights above Magic Kingdom and EPCOT respectively starting on April 3, 2023. It is also now known that both of these shows will be presented at 9:00 PM. The return of these shows will be replacing Disney Enchantment and Harmonious.

Happily Ever After is returning to the skies of Magic Kingdom after a hiatus for Disney Enchantment. The return of this nighttime spectacular will see updates that include new projections on Main Street, USA. Here is the official description for this returning show:

EPCOT Forever
EPCOT Forever was first presented after the end of the run of Illuminations: Reflections of Earth at EPCOT. It was then replaced by Harmonious as part of Walt Disney World Resort’s 50th Anniversary celebration. Originally the show included kites but then after the pandemic it was updated with more fireworks and the kites did not return. This run for EPCOT Forever will be temporary until a new nighttime spectacular at EPCOT replaces it.
