Walt Disney World has unveiled its new annual pass program. This comes ahead of its 50th-Anniversary celebration that starts on October 1, 2021. The new passes will be available starting on September 8. With this new system, there are four tiers that will be available to Florida residents. This new system is similar to the Magic Key pass that was recently unveiled at Disneyland Resort.
There are quite a few details to take note of with the new Annual Passes. Here are some of the highlights:
- The new Annual Passes continue to require reservations for all visits.
- Disney is saying that there will be “bonus” reservations that will be offered occasionally.
- Passholders staying at a Disney Resort will be able to book reservations for the length of their stay.
- Passholders will also be able to utilize a new integrated calendar to make, modify, or cancel reservations. Theme Park parking is included with each pass level as well.
- Florida residents will be able to utilize monthly payments for any Annual Pass tier.
- Discounts of up to 20% for dining and merchandise will be available.
- Park Hopping will be included with the new Annual Passes
Walt Disney World Annual Passes
Disney Pixie Dust Pass
For Florida Residents Only
$399 plus tax—or $19 per month with 12 monthly payments and 0% APR after $205 down payment on the Florida Resident Monthly Payment Program.**
Highlights of This Pass:
- Visit one or more Walt Disney World theme parks on the same day with an advance park reservation
- Pass is valid for use most weekdays, subject to blockout dates including peak and holiday periods—view blockout dates
- Make and hold up to 3 park reservations at a time on a rolling basis** (reservations are limited and are subject to availability and applicable pass blockout dates)
- Passholders staying at select Disney Resort or other select hotels are eligible to make park reservations for each day of their Resort stay(s), in addition to holding 3 park reservations at a time
- Bonus reservations will be added to the calendar from time to time, allowing you to make extra reservations on select days at select theme parks. Bonus reservations do not count as a reservation hold
- Customize with add-ons like Disney PhotoPass downloads and the Water Park and Sports option
- Standard theme park parking
- Discounts on dining, merchandise and more
Disney Pirate Pass
For Florida Residents Only
$699 plus tax—or $45 per month with 12 monthly payments and 0% APR after $205 down payment on the Florida Resident Monthly Payment Program.**
Highlights of This Pass:
- Visit one or more Walt Disney World theme parks on the same day with an advance park reservation
- Pass is valid for use most days, subject to blockout dates including peak and holiday periods—view blockout dates
- Make and hold up to 4 park reservations at a time on a rolling basis** (reservations are limited and are subject to availability and applicable pass blockout dates)
- Passholders staying at select Disney Resort or other select hotels are eligible to make park reservations for each day of their Resort stay(s), in addition to holding 4 park reservations at a time
- Bonus reservations will be added to the calendar from time to time, allowing you to make extra reservations on select days at select theme parks. Bonus reservations do not count as a reservation hold
- Customize with add-ons like Disney PhotoPass downloads and the Water Park and Sports option
- Standard theme park parking
- Discounts on dining, merchandise and more
Disney Sorcerer Pass
For Florida Residents or Disney Vacation Club Members Only
$899 plus tax—or $63 per month with 12 monthly payments and 0% APR after $205 down payment on the Florida Resident Monthly Payment Program.**

- Visit one or more Walt Disney World theme parks on the same day with an advance park reservation
- Pass is valid for use most days, subject to blockout dates on select days during select holiday periods—view blockout dates
- Make and hold up to 5 park reservations at a time on a rolling basis** (reservations are limited and are subject to availability and applicable pass blockout dates)
- Passholders staying at select Disney Resort or other select hotels are eligible to make park reservations for each day of their Resort stay(s), in addition to holding 5 park reservations at a time
- Bonus reservations will be added to the calendar from time to time, allowing you to make extra reservations on select days at select theme parks. Bonus reservations do not count as a reservation hold

Disney Incredi-Pass
$1,299 plus tax—or $99 per month with 12 monthly payments and 0% APR after $205 down payment on the Florida Resident Monthly Payment Program.**
Highlights of This Pass:
- Visit one or more Walt Disney World theme parks on the same day with an advance park reservation
- No blockout dates apply
- Make and hold up to 5 park reservations at a time on a rolling basis** (reservations are limited and are subject to availability and applicable pass blockout dates)
- Passholders staying at select Disney Resort or other select hotels are eligible to make park reservations for each day of their Resort stay(s), in addition to holding 5 park reservations at a time
- Bonus reservations will be added to the calendar from time to time, allowing you to make extra reservations on select days at select theme parks. Bonus reservations do not count as a reservation hold
- Customize with add-ons like Disney PhotoPass downloads and the Water Park and Sports option
- Standard theme park parking
- Discounts on dining, merchandise and more
Walt Disney World Annual Pass Add-Ons
There will be a couple of additional options that can be added to Annual Passes. These add-ons are available for both PhotoPass and also Water Parks and Sports options. For each of the two add-ons, it is $99 plus tax for the year.
The PhotoPass add-on allows for unlimited downloads of photos and videos taken by Disney PhotoPass Service throughout the duration of an annual pass. It also provides for discounts on prints and physical product purchases.
The Water Parks and Sports add-on allows for admission into water parks, golf courses, and other sports experiences. These include the following:
- Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park
- Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course
- FootGolf at Disney’s Oak Trail
- Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course (one round prior to 4:00 PM)
- Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course (one round prior to 4:00 PM)
- Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park – Currently Unavailable
- ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex – Currently Unavailable
There are no blockout dates for this add-on.
Current Walt Disney World Annual Passholders
Those who currently have a Walt Disney World Annual Pass will be able to continue to use their pass until it expires. They will then have the opportunity to renew their pass with a 15% discount. More reservations will also be offered starting on September 8. For Platinum Plus, Platinum, and Gold Annual Passes, up to 5 reservations may be held at a time. The Silver Pass may hold up to 4 reservations at a time. Disney also promises an exclusive magnet that will be coming soon as well.
Other Annual Pass Details
The new look for the Annual Pass program pulls from the original Walt Disney World logo with its “bright colors and energetic design.” It strives to honor the past while also look to the future. It also should be noted that Disney states that it may stop selling Annual Passes at any time in an effort to manage attendance.
