Select Dining and Experience Reservations Now Open at Walt Disney World Resort

Walt Disney World Resort is now offering select dining and experience reservations. Guests can now book reservations for up to 60 days in advance starting today. This includes restaurants like Be Our Guest Restaurant at the Magic Kingdom, restaurants around World Showcase at EPCOT, and select table-service restaurants at different Disney Resort hotels. The return of reservations comes as Walt Disney World Resort continues its phased reopening that started with the reopening of Disney Springs. Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom will be reopening on July 11th with EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios reopening on July 15th.

Disney has released a set of updates to help guests with the planning process.

  • In-Park Dining: Theme park guests will need valid park admission and a reservation for park entry through the new Disney Park Pass system, as well as a dining reservation for in-park, table-service restaurants for the same park on the same date.  Dining reservations do not guarantee admission to the park.
  • Disney Resort Hotel Dining: A confirmed dining reservation is required for day guests and reservations are highly recommended for guests staying overnight at a Disney Resort hotel.
  • Disney Springs Dining: Select dining locations at Disney Springs are currently accepting reservations. Please visit https://DisneySprings.com/dining for schedules and availability.

Mobile check-in is also available so that guests can bypass the check-in podium at the arrival of select restaurants. This allows guests to use their phones to help facilitate more social distancing.

To make reservations, see booking windows, and check out other experiences, visit the “Know Before You Go” page at: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/experience-updates/dine/.

The latest menus and offerings can be found at https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/. Check these regularly as they could be updated as Disney continues to work to offer a safe and magical experience that includes implementing wellness protocols, physical distancing, and minimized contact for guests at Walt Disney World Resort restaurants.

DAPS MAGIC will continue to follow this story and provide updates as available. What do you think about this reservation system that is now in place as Walt Disney World Resort continues its phased reopening? Share your thoughts in the comments below or with DAPS MAGIC on Facebook or Twitter!
