Walt Disney World Resort has confirmed the return of several of its transportation services. This comes ahead of the reopening of the parks in just about a week. The Walt Disney World Resort closed in March due to the impact of COVID-19. On July 11th, Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom will begin their phased reopening. On July 17th EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios will reopen as well. Guests can visit these parks by procuring a Disney Park Pass with the Disney Park Pass System. To get to the parks though, many guests will be utilizing various forms of Walt Disney World Resort transportation. While not every form of transportation will be available immediately, they will slowly be returning.
So far, Disney has released the following return schedule for transportation services:
- Buses – June 22
- Monorail and Ferry Boats – July 7
- Disney Skyliner – July 15
According to Disney the Minnie Van service and watercraft services will be returning at later dates.
