Walt Disney World Releases Theme Park and Disney Springs Hours for Phased Reopening

After being closed for two days due to the impact of Hurricane Ian, the parks and Disney Springs will be reopening on Friday, September 30, 2022. The reopening will be different than normal operating days. There is a longer early entry time for guests of the Walt Disney World Resort and then all guests can enter later. Transportation to and from the parks and Walt Disney World Resorts will be operating normally as long as the weather permits it. Virtual queue and Genie+ options will also be offered as normal.

September 30, 2022 Opening Times for Walt Disney World Resort

Magic Kingdom

  • 8:00 AM – Early Entry
  • 10:00 AM – All Guest Entry
  • 4:00 PM – Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Mix-In
  • 6:00 PM – Magic Kingdom Closes
  • 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM – Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

EPCOT

  • 9:00 AM – Early Entry
  • 11:00 AM – All Guest Entry
  • 9:00 PM – EPCOT Closes

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

  • 10:00 AM – Early Entry
  • 12:00 PM – All Guest Entry
  • 9:00 PM – Disney’s Hollywood Studios Closes

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

  • 11:00 AM – Early Entry
  • 1:00 PM – All Guest Entry
  • 7:00 PM – Disney’s Animal Kingdom Closes

Disney Springs

  • 10:00 AM – 11:30 PM

Fantasia Fairways Miniature Golf Course

  • 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

The following locations will still be closed on Friday September 30, 2022:

  • Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground
  • Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa
  • Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park
  • Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
  • Winter Summerland Miniature Golf
