Hong Kong Disneyland is gearing up to celebrate its 20th anniversary. While the actual anniversary date is in September, the celebration of this milestone is beginning on June 28, 2025. The celebration will include a new 20th edition of Momentous that will introduce projections to the Main Street building’s facades. The whole celebration is being called The Most Magical Party of All and will run for a year.
There will also be the new Friendtastic! parade. This parade will see Hong Kong’s signature bauhinia flower decorations, Mickey Mouse live drumming, and many favorite Disney and Pixar characters! Four original songs have been created for this parade that are sure to keep toes tapping during this magical celebration.
At a special event at Hong Kong Disneyland, a first look at some of the parade floats and characters was revealed. Below are pictures that were shared from the event by Hong Kong Disneyland.
As can be seen in the above photos, the parade will be vibrant and colorful. It will include 11 floats in total. Red Panda Mei, Isabela, and Officer Clawhauser will be making their debut in this parade at Hong Kong Disneyland. Below is a look at concept art for some of the floats.
This new, exciting parade will be the largest in scale that has ever been at Hong Kong Disneyland. It will include 100 performers and has more than 30 Disney characters!
