Disney continues to celebrate Halfway to the Holidays. Throughout the week, multiple holiday-themed announcements have been made by Disney that include outfits for Mickey and Minnie at Disneyland for the holidays, holiday entertainment on the Disney Cruise Line, and more! Today, more announcements were made for the holidays, most focused on Walt Disney World Resort! One of the announcements focused on a new holiday party coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Disney Jollywood Nights will be offered on 10 select nights between November 10 through December 20, 2023. There will be plenty of different offerings found at Disney’s Hollywood Studios throughout each night, perhaps the most exciting will involve Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy!
Disney has shared the following about Disney Jollywood Nights saying, “Sights of sparkling décor, sounds of modern beats over classic holiday songs, tastes of craft cocktails and decadent dishes. It’s nostalgic and it’s glitz and glam galore.” This will be a mix of the holidays at Hollywood of old with modern Disney holiday cheer. There will be mashups of old and new all over the park and guests are encouraged to dress in their “holiday glam best or festive flair.” While not everything is known about this event yet, here is a look at what is known so far!
Kermit & Miss Piggy at the Theater of the Stars
Muppets fans will not want to miss stopping by the Theater of the Stars during Disney Jollywood Nights. According to Disney, “Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy host a live holiday special at Theater of the Stars with some of their Disney friends.” At this point, there are no more details beyond concept art released for this live holiday special. It isn’t known if there will be any more Muppets beyond Kermit and Miss Piggy. It also isn’t known what Disney friends will be joining them. What is known is that during Disney Merriest Nights at the Disneyland Resort, The Muppets Christmas Caroling Coach was a highlight of the event! After the recent release of The Muppets Mayhem and its positive response, things bode well for this live holiday special as well.
Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!
Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! will be returning exclusively for Disney Jollywood Nights this year. This brings some major holiday spirit to Disney’s Hollywood Studios with classic holiday music, fireworks, projects, and other special effects. This is a show that should not be missed and is fun for the whole family! Based on Prep & Landing, Santa Clause has gone missing, and Wayne and Lanny are tasked with finding him. As they search for him, many different Disney holiday moments are shared. If spoilers aren’t an issue, check out the show below.
Other Entertainment
Along with the aforementioned offerings, there will also be some other merry offerings to experience. This includes:
- DJ spinning holiday tunes as guests enter Disney Jollywood Nights
- Commissary Lane transforms into a lively Latin Street Fair
- Hyperion Theater will host a sing-along… details to be shared later
- Jazz Lounge at The Hollywood Brown Derby (limited capacity)
- an other-worldly soiree at The Hollywood Tower Hotel Courtyard
Photo Opportunities
There will be plenty of opportunities to snap memories throughout the night at Disney Jollywood Nights. This will include complimentary digital downloads for photos taken by Disney PhotoPass. Here are some photo ops that are being promoted for the event:

- two new Disney PhotoPass experiences
- Meet Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and the rest of the iconic gang in Animation Courtyard on a hot set with holiday props
- Get into the spirit of the season Powerline Max and Phineas and Ferb at Echo Lake
- Pose with Edna Mode and chill with one of her super friends at Pixar Place
Attractions
There will also be some favorite attractions available for this after-hours event. This will include Slinky Dog Dash, Rock N’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, and more. It should be noted that Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance WILL be utilizing a virtual queue during this event.
Food & Beverages
There are also some holiday offerings to make foodies’ palates happy during Disney Jollywood Nights. While there, guests will be able to try dishes like the Spicy Korean Chicken on a Mini Funnel Cake. There will also be some sweet delights including a colorful Christmas Tree Cookie Stack inspired by the iconic Echo Lake Christmas Tree. There will also be classic cocktails and holiday beverages to enjoy throughout the party.
Disney Jollywood Nights Tickets & Dates
Disney Jollywood Nights will be offered on ten select nights throughout November and December. Ticket prices will range from $159 – $179 per person. Tickets will go on sale for guests at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin hotels, and Shades of Green starting on July 29, 2023. Tickets will be available for the general public starting on July 6, 2023. They can be purchased on the Walt Disney World website on the Disney Jollywood Nights event page. The event will be offered on the following nights:

This festive season, Disney’s Hollywood Studios will host a brand new nighttime party, Disney Jollywood Nights, on 10 select evenings Nov. 11-Dec. 20, 2023. The separately ticketed event, which takes place 8:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m., invites guests to experience a glamorous evening full of merry mashups, delicious tastes and sips, iconic throwback characters, and a holiday vibe full of glitz and sparkle. For an extra dose of cheer, the party wraps with the return of the nighttime spectacular, “Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!”

- The incomparable Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy host an all-new stage show at Theater of the Stars featuring special appearances by guest stars Tiana, Belle, Minnie Mouse, and Mickey Mouse.
