Magic Happens parade did not happen as was planned. As the rain came down on Disneyland, announcements were made saying that it would not be happening for the safety of both guests and performers. The parade was set to make its return after a three year hiatus.
The announcement came as no surprise to anyone who was anywhere around the parks. The rain continues to pour down in Disneyland and Southern California. What was surprising was that there was no rainy day cavalcade offered in its place. However, many other entertainment offerings were canceled throughout the Disneyland Resort including World of Color – ONE, and Fantasmic!.
With the weather looking iffy for the next few days, the arrival of Magic Happens could end up being a bit of a surprise. The first day that is forecasted to not have rain is on Sunday. However forecasts and conditions can change. Keep watch on the Disneyland App or Disneyland website to see what is officially scheduled or canceled. Daps Magic will also be watching conditions to bring coverage of the first presentation of this parade.
