On Wednesday August 10th it was a good night to be at Disney California Adventure. Gordon Goodwin was the guest clinician who was performing with the Disneyland Resort 2022 All-Amerian College Band. The set included some music written by Goodwin himself and also a performance by his wife, Vangie Gunn-Goodwin.
The full setlist was as follows:

- Hunting Wabbits
- Summertime
- A Few Good Men
For those who don’t know Gordon Goodwin, check out the credits list for Incredibles 2, his name will show up. Throughout his career, Gordon Goodwin has won both Grammy Awards and Daytime Emmy Awards. He is the leader of Gordon Goodwin’s Big Phat Band. He also has worked on many movies through the years. At the Disney Parks, he has composed the original soundtrack for Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion Holiday. While this was later replaced by the music of John Debney, some of his original music remains today.
The Disneyland Resort All-American College Band is in the midst of its final week of performances for the summer. The final day of performances in August 12, 2022. On this day, the band will be performing on the final day at the following set times:
- 4:30 PM – Patriotic Flag Retreat in Town Square
- 6:10 PM – Main Street Station Set
- 7:10 PM – Sleeping Beauty Castle Set
- 8:00 PM – Pre-parade Set on Main Street, USA
- 9:00 PM – Sit Down Jazz Set at Hollywood Backlot Stage at Disney California Adventure
