The 2019-2020 Walt Disney World Resort Ambassador Team is Announced Over 50 Years After Beginning of Program

Over 50 years ago, Julie Reihm Casaletto was chosen by Walt Disney to be the first Disneyland Ambassador. For the last five decades, this role of a lifetime has continued on. Disney Ambassadors represent the various Disney theme parks and the cast members who work in them around the globe.

The Walt Disney World Resort announced its newest team of Walt Disney World Resort Ambassadors this week. Marilyn West and Stephen Lim will begin this new role in January. They will serve as the Walt Disney World Resort Ambassadors from 2019 through 2020. They will represent the Walt Disney World Resort, its guests, cast members, and the heritage of the resort. They will also be advocates and champions for Disney VoluntEARS. They will both recognize and support the nearly 74,000 cast members of the Walt Disney World Resort.
