On Thursday, August 13, 2026, just before the official kickoff of the 2026 D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, D23 Day at Disneyland took place just across the street from the Anaheim Convention Center. The day was full of fun and Disney magic with multiple special offerings that were exclusive to the day. Along with the Disney Legends Cavalcade and Sorcerer Mickey Mouse balloon for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, there was also the Disney Princess: The Ultimate Concert Celebration.
This Disney Princess concert saw Disney Princesses from the stage and screen take to a new stage in front of Paradise Bay in Disney California Adventure. There, they sang many favorite songs that were connected with their characters. Performers included Jodi Benson, Paige O’Hara, Susan Egan, Anika Noni Rose, Lea Salonga, Brandy, Halle Bailey, Auliʻi Cravalho, Judy Kuhn, and Catherine Lagaʻaia. Daps Magic was on hand for the taping of this special concert that will be available on Disney+ (fully produced!) on Sunday, August 16, 2026. The concert ended a magical day for many Disney fans as they geared up for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event. Taking place from August 14-16th at the Anaheim Convention Center and the Honda Center, it will be packed full of magic, memories, news, and a whole lot more!
