There are plenty of ways to celebrate New Year’s Eve at the Disneyland Resort. Many people camp out in front of the castle to watch fireworks to ring in the New Year. Others enjoy starting the new year with an incredible meal. In Downtown Disney District, Paseo is offering a special way to celebrate New Year’s Eve.
To help guests ring in 2025, Paseo is offering a surf and turf special. It is paired with celebratory champagne and offers guests the opportunity to celebrate the end of one year and the beginning of another with an elegant dinner. As they enjoy their meals, guests will also be able to enjoy the sounds of live music and beautiful views of the night sky. Reservations are now available for New Year’s Eve and can be booked through the standard Open Table reservation system.
Ahead of New Year’s Eve, there is still time to celebrate Christmas at Paseo. One way to do this is with Paseo Navidad: A Holiday Cooking Demonstration. This experience includes a culinary demonstration along with the telling of stories behind traditional Mexican holiday classics. This includes tamales, Ponche Navideño, and Chef’s choice of a special holiday dessert. This special offering is running December 12, 19, and 26th.
Paseo also will offer Ponche Navideño, a traditional Christmas punch made from authentic Mexican flavors, throughout the holiday season. On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, there will also be a three-course holiday feast available that features cornish game hen. This allows for a delicious meal without the hassle of preparing and cooking at home, along with all that comes with that. There are also wintery cocktail specials available during the holidays. This includes “Nieve Margarita,” made with Olmeca Altos and Alma Finca, and “Café Invierno,” an Irish coffee with a Mexican twist.
Paseo opened earlier this year in Downtown Disney District as a part of its transformation. The popular new restaurant was recently named one of the top ten restaurants in Yelp’s 100 Best New Restaurants of 2024. Both locals and tourists are giving rave reviews to the establishment.
