A day before officially opening, the Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree has soft opened at Disneyland. This new restaurant is themed to the Country Bears that once resided next door at the current home of The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. This location’s opening comes just months after the Country Bear Musical Jamboree opened at Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort.
After touring from coast to coast performing their tunes, Henry, Wendell, Big Al, and the rest of the gang have put together some of the favorite regional barbecue dishes they discovered along the way. The Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree has a barbecue menu (with three types of barbecue sauce: Classic, Golden, and Hot Smoke), decorations that continue the story of the Country Bears, and also music from the Country Bears. A friend of Daps Magic, Spencer, stopped by for the soft opening to check out this new dining location at the Disneyland Resort.
