Storyliving by Disney Reveals New Home Designs By Woodbridge Pacific Group

Work continues to be made on Cotino – A Storyliving by Disney Community. As progress continues to be made, more details about what new residents will actually experience continue to trickle out. Today, Storyliving by Disney revealed new home designs from Woodbridge Pacific Group. The were several home designs released today, including those of the Estate Collection. These range in size from approximately 3,500 to 4,000 square feet and are expected to start at the mid-$2 millions.

Estate Collection

This collection will consist of premier single-family homes with stunning front elevations serving as a hallmark of these remarkable residences. Grand gathering spaces, elegant outdoor living areas and a host of distinctive features, finishes and upgrades. Home site frontages approximately 90, 120 and 135 feet wide.

Pre-sales appointments for the initial Woodbridge Pacific Group release for the Estate Collection are currently taking place. Prices anticipated to start in the mid $2 millions.

What to Expect When Buying

  1. Homes ranging from approximately 3,400 – 4,000 square feet
  2. Floor plans featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms
  3. Home features and finishes that meet Disney standards of excellence

Estate Collection home sales for Davidson Communities are anticipated to begin in 2024.

The most recent update of Cotino – A Storyliving by Disney Community comes over two years after this project was announced. At the time, Disney Experience Chairman Josh D’Amaro announced the new business model saying, “For nearly 100 years, Disney has shared stories that have touched the hearts and minds of people all around the world.” He continued saying, “As we prepare to enter our second century, we are developing new and exciting ways to bring the magic of Disney to people wherever they are, expanding storytelling to storyliving. We can’t wait to welcome residents to these beautiful and unique Disney communities where they can live their lives to the fullest.”

Since when the first Cotino community in Rancho Mirage, was announced, a second community has also been unveiled. This one, called Asteria, will be located in Pittsboro, North Carolina.
