Another milestone has been reached in the development of Cotino, a Storyliving by Disney Community. Today, Storyliving by Disney revealed the builders for this community. Disney announced that they have collaborated with award-winning builders crafting the homes for this magical community in Rancho Mirage, California. Along with announcing the builders, Storyliving by Disney announced that pre-sale appointments to discuss additional details including specific floor plans, home designs and pricing are expected to begin later this year prior. Sales of the homes should begin early next year.
The builders that were announced today include Shea Homes, Davidson Communities, and Woodbridge Pacific Group. The initial launch of pre-sales will include only a very limited inventory from Shea Homes with some in the Longtable Park residences for adults 55+. More home sites and builders will be introduced in phases as the community grows and expands. Here are details about each of these builders.

Cotino, a Storyliving by Disney Community will allow guests to live in a community that with beautiful vistas surrounding it and the Disney difference within it. Cotino will have single-family homes for all ages, including some for 55+ exclusively. In the future there will also be condominiums added to the community. Parks, pathways and a promenade will all reflect the imagination of Walt Disney Imagineering when they are completed.
