Emails were sent out today inviting people to schedule a pre-sales appointment and learn how to join the Priority list for houses being built by Woodbridge Pacific Group. Appointments are subject to availability, and this first home release by Woodbridge Pacific Group will include very limited inventory. Neither scheduling nor participating in a pre-sales appointment guarantees the ability to purchase a home.
When the initial plans for the residential community were released, Claire Bilby, senior vice president and general manager of Disney Signature Experiences Emerging Businesses, talked about the the property and project.
“We’re thoughtfully and intentionally bringing elements to the community to encourage camaraderie among neighbors while also using our renowned Disney placemaking to weave the essence and beauty of the Coachella Valley into the fabric of the community,” said Bilby. “Alongside the developer and builders, we’re creating a special place where residents will have a distinctive lifestyle that can only be found in the Cotino community.”
Along with announcing the pre-sales appointments, Storyliving by Disney teased that there will be more information coming soon about another builder. In this case, Davidson Communities is planning to reveal home designs and initial inventory later this spring.
