We are now less than 100 days until Halloween, and there is a little over a month left until Halloween Time returns to the Disneyland Resort on Friday, September 1. Disney Parks announced on Instagram that the Disney’s Happiest Haunts Guided Tour is returning to Disneyland. Reservations for the tour open Thursday, August 3 on the Disneyland website and app.
A Disney tour guide will lead your group during this 2-hour walking tour through Disneyland Park, adorned with eerie and delightful Halloween decorations. You’ll hear some frighteningly fun tales as you journey to a shadowy bayou to begin the adventure-filled Pirates of the Caribbean experience. As part of the tour, you’ll also get a photo op with the Hitchhiking Ghost. On the day of the tour, you’ll enjoy reserved viewing of Halloween Screams nighttime spectacular! Also included is a Happiest Haunts Guided Tour Pin, and a Halloween-themed treat. Only Guests with a park reservation, valid park admission and a valid reservation for Disney’s Happiest Haunts Guided Tour may enter the reserved viewing area.
A park reservation and valid admission for Disneyland Park on the same date of the tour are required for each Guest ages 3 and older, and are not included in the price of this experience. Park reservations are limited, subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Here are things you need to know before you go:
Reservations: A credit card must be provided at the time of booking your reservation and will be charged the full tour price. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance and are highly recommended. Same-day bookings up to 20 minutes prior to the tour can be made on a limited basis and are subject to availability. To make a reservation, please check availability on this page or via the Disneyland app. Reservations are nontransferable and may not be sold or bartered.
Checking in: Guests should check in 15 minutes prior to their reservation time at the check-in location—Tour Gardens on Main Street, U.S.A. Each person in the party must be present upon check-in. Late arrivals may not be able to join the guided tour. Please be prepared to present your reservation confirmation, photo ID and the credit card provided at the time of booking.
Cancellations: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Full price will be charged and forfeited if the Guest cancels within one day or is a “no-show” for the reservation.
Ages: Guests younger than 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older during the entire experience.
Disney PhotoPass Digital Download: Photos can be downloaded from your Disney account as often as desired, for 45 days after initial capture. Disney PhotoPass Service is subject to the Disney PhotoPass Terms and Conditions and Expiration Policy. Online registration is required. Disney PhotoPass photos must be linked to your Disney account to be downloaded.
