New Buildings in Downtown Disney District Continue to Gain Height as Transformation Continues

Things are getting exciting for Disney guests who are stopping by Downtown Disney District in recent weeks. The construction is continuing for the transformation of the Downtown Disney District. Recently, the buildings saw themselves getting foundations and beginning to go vertical. Now things are going even taller in the west end of the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort.

Work also continues on Disney Paradise Pier Hotel as it is being transformed into the Pixar Place Hotel. Painting on a bulk of the building has been completed, with still more construction and paint to come. Recently, the lobby reopened with progress on its new theme being revealed. It is not completed at this point.
