Welcome to GEEKS CORNER! This week the GEEKS are virtual again and have a grand old time geeking out about a lot of different topics. First things first though, it’s time to celebrate two birthdays: John Williams and Disney’s California Adventure.

This week there are two new trailers for upcoming movies. This includes Pixar’s Lightyear and also Cheaper by the Dozen. The geeks talk about what they think about these trailers and the movies. Along with the new movies, 23 movies from The Walt Disney Company were nominated for Oscars. The GEEKS focus on the animated features and their thoughts about them.

At Disneyland, a cavalcade has been upgraded and the GEEKS talk about this new entertainment offering. The arrival of this cavalcade comes as news that the Disney Wish will not be taking its maiden voyage quite as early as expected.

The other topic that the GEEKS chat about is the new National Treasure news that Catherine Zeta-Jones appears to be the villain for the Disney+ series. This leads to a discussion about the series, the movies that came before, and also Pirates of the Caribbean!?
