Walt Disney World Resort continues its 50th Anniversary celebration. The World’s Most Magical Celebration has several different special offerings that can be found throughout the four main parks and surrounding resorts. Looking back at the celebration’s kick off in October, some things definitely stand out as highlights. Four of these highlights are the Beacons of Magic.
The Beacons of Magic are nightly moments where icons at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom come to life and light up the night. The magic comes from a combination of some incredible lighting/projection effects coupled with music. They can be found on Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom, Spaceship Earth at EPCOT, the Tower of Terror at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and the Tree of Life at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Each of these moments are magical in their own way and offer little extra doses of magic to the 50th Anniversary celebration of Walt Disney World Resort.
