Disneyland Paris Reopening Details

With the reopening of Disneyland Paris, there will again be health and safety protocols in place. This will include limited capacity, physical distancing, face coverings, and other protocols. All health and safety protocols can be found on the Disneyland Paris website.

Specific date registration connected with tickets will also be required to visit the parks. This is much like the reservation system being utilized at Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts. It is a bit different, however as tickets with specific dates on them count as registered. Also, for Annual Passes purchased before July 15, 2020, there are a certain number of slots set aside every day as part of the capacity for the parks. However, Disneyland Paris strongly encourages registration for these as well even though they are not required. At this time tickets cannot be purchased on the same day as a visit.

Just days after the reopening of Disneyland Paris, its newest hotel, Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel will be opening. It won’t be the only hotel open this summer at Disneyland Paris, however. Disney’s Newport Bay Club will be reopening with the parks and others will open later. Here are the reopening dates of the Disneyland Paris hotels as they are scheduled currently:

  • June 17 – Disney’s Newport Bay Club
  • June 21 – Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel
  • July 1 – Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne
  • July 13 – Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch

The Disneyland Hotel will not be reopening with Disneyland Paris as it undergoes a royal renovation.

For guests visiting Disneyland Paris, the Disneyland Paris app is encouraged for booking restaurants, finding selfie spots, and other resources. It will also be helpful for guests looking to find details about attractions and other offerings around Disneyland Paris.

With the reopening of Disneyland Paris, all of the Disney Parks around the world will again be open for the first time since the pandemic began to shut them down on January 24, 2020. More details about reopening can be found at Disneylandparis.com.
