Welcome to another edition of DISNEY Reporter! Each week the top five stories from Disney and geek news are highlighted. This week, there is a lot going on surrounding the Disneyland Resort, along with some updates from Disney+!
First off, there is a new WandaVision photo op to be found in Disney California Adventure. This allows guests to step into the television and into the world of Wanda and Vision. With the arrival of this photo op also came the return of dining to Buena Vista Street. Reservations are also now available for Carthay Circle Lounge – Alfresco Dining. As this happens, members of the California Assembly are proposing to make a bill that would reopen all theme parks in California at the same time rather than in separate tiers.
In entertainment news, Ryan Coogler has inked a five-year deal with Disney. Part of this deal will have him creating a show for Disney+ that focuses on Wakanda. Along with this, a new version of the Disney Bundle arrived this week. This version gives the chance to get Hulu ad-free as a part of the bundle that also includes Disney+ and ESPN+.
