When Disneyland Paris closed again due to COVID-19 towards the end of last year, it hoped to be reopening in February. Now, this will not be happening. The Disneyland Paris Ambassador announced today that Disneyland Paris hopes to reopen its gates on April 2, 2021. This date is contingent on health and safety conditions in France as it continues to try and combat the coronavirus. The announcement was also mirrored on the Disneyland Paris website.
For those who had reservations at a hotel, Disneyland Paris has a page that provides updates for that as well. Currently, here are the updates on reopening for hotels:
- April 2, 2021 – Disney’s Newport Bay Club, Disney’s Hotel Santa Fe
- July 1, 2021 – Disney’s Hotel Cheyenne, Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch
- October 23, 2021 – Disney’s Sequoia Lodge
- Closed Indefinitely – Disneyland Hotel
Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland, and the Disneyland Resort continue to all have their gates closed due to the impact of COVID-19. Currently, Hong Kong Disneyland and the Disneyland Resort don’t have any projected reopening dates. DAPS MAGIC will continue to follow these stories and provide updates on reopenings as they become available.
