Welcome to the DISNEY Reporter! Each week we cover the top Disney and geek headlines as collected by the DAPS MAGIC team. This week on the DISNEY Reporter there is a lot going on in the Star Wars universe. First off, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is now open at the Disneyland Resort. This new attraction wasn’t the only new thing at the Disneyland Resort this weekend though. The Lunar New Year celebration also began at Disney California Adventure.

In entertainment news, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker surpassed $1 billion at the box office! Fans of “the child” from The Mandalorian will soon be able to build their own Baby Yoda at Build-A-Bear. Finally, there are two new videos that came out this week giving a deeper look at Marvel Studios’ Black Widow!
