It is no secret that The Child is the star of The Mandalorian. This character has become the breakout star of memes, videos, and merchandise everywhere. Since the Disney+ streaming service debuted on November 12, fans have been looking for any way to represent their love for this precious baby. This week, Build-A-Bear Workshop announced that you will be able to bring home your own version of “Baby Yoda”!
At The ICR Conference in Orlando, Florida, the CEO of the famous teddy bear shop announced a partnership with Disney and Lucasfilm. She made this announcement while holding what we assume to be a prototype of what the stuffed animal will look like when it hits stores across the country.

While it is not yet known exactly when this plush will launch in your local Build-A-Bear workshop, the CEO said that they expect the launch to be coming within the next few months. Most merchandise for this character has been announced and made available for pre-order but won’t be shipped out to fans until late Spring. If this plush does launch in the next few months, it will be one of the earliest launches of “Baby Yoda” merchandise!
