Pop-Up Disney! A Mickey Celebration Popping in to Downtown Disney this Spring

With the popularity of themed museums, full of Instagram-worthy photo ops and bright colors,  it’s no surprise that Disney is now jumping on the bandwagon. The West Side of Downtown Disney is still fairly desolate after closing everything to make way for a new hotel. Now that the hotel project is defunct, the West Side buildings are in need of something new. Pop-Up Disney! A Mickey Celebration, will open this Spring in the former home of ESPN Zone. It will be an immersive experience perfect for guests of all ages!

This limited-time exhibition will celebrate 90 years of Mickey and Minnie, and feature art and special photo ops! We’ve already been given a sneak peek of one of the rooms, featuring a giant Minnie bow sofa, as well as more bows and hearts. This is a Disney instagrammers paradise, from what it sounds like!

This pop-up will be a ticketed exhibition, with more details up on the Disney Parks Blog soon! We can’t wait to see this in person!

Are you looking forward to Pop-Up Disney! A Mickey Celebration?

With all of the new changes in Downtown Disney, what do you hope to see next?
