Disneyland is Frightfully Fun as Mickey’s Halloween Party Brings Magical Halloween Haunts to the Happiest Place on Earth

Mickey's Halloween Party is Frightfully Fun!

This week Mickey’s Halloween Party began its run at Disneyland for the 2018 Halloween season. It is as popular as ever before and already sold out! The Halloween party allows guests to experience Halloween in the most magical of ways. This includes trick-or-treating throughout Disneyland, meeting Disney characters, and some extra special entertainment offerings.

Throughout the night there are multiple experiences to be had. Guests can meet Mickey and the gang in their Halloween costumes. The Disney villains are out en masse at Villains Square for guests to meet.  To top it all off, guests visiting the night have Disney Photopass photos from the evening included in the price of admission.

There are a few favorite experiences offered at Mickey’s Halloween Party that shouldn’t be missed. For those who aren’t able to make it to a party, or just want to relive the fun, DAPS MAGIC has filmed some videos of these can’t miss moments!

Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow

The Headless Horseman arrives at Mickey’s Halloween Party ahead of the Frightfully Fun Parade. He rides his horse through Disneyland carrying his frightening Jack-O-Lantern along the parade route. It really is a thrilling sight to see! This is an offering that is exclusive at the Disneyland Resort to Mickey’s Halloween Party.

Frightfully Fun Parade

The Frightfully Fun Parade lives up to its name at every Mickey’s Halloween Party. This year Vampirina has been added to the lineup of Halloween haunts featured in the parade. It is a magical and musical procession that shouldn’t be missed while at the Halloween party!

Halloween Screams

Perhaps the best entertainment offering, Halloween Screams has  Master of Scare-omonies Jack Skellington frightening up the night sky above Sleeping Beauty Castle! This is also an exclusive offering to the Halloween Party and is one of the best firework shows presented by the Disneyland Resort in general. It is worth taking a quick break from trick-or-treating to catch this show. It’s best to watch this from somewhere you can see the castle generally. I generally pick right in front of the castle or on Main Street, USA.

While there are lots of fun other experiences to be had during Mickey’s Halloween Party, these are the three highlights that should not be missed! Mickey’s Halloween Party will continue on through Halloween this year. Unfortunately, tickets are already sold out. However, Disneyland is still a wonderful place to visit during Halloween Time! Check out all the other things to experience here. You can also see how the DAPS MAGIC team has been enjoying Halloween Time here.
