Disneyland’s Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante Spices Up Your Typical Salad With a Vegetarian Tostada Salad

If you are looking to add a little flavor to your typical salad, how about a Tostada Salad with Sautéed Vegetables? Located at the Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante in Disneyland Park, this item will surely take your taste-buds on an adventure. This salad comes with a variety of toppings and will leave you feeling full.

The Tostada Salad is one of the many vegetarian options at the Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante. Personally this item is a favorite due to the fact that it is extremely filling for the price. Most of the time I cannot even finish the meal because there is just so much to enjoy. So what exactly makes this meal a huge hit? Well not only is it vegetarian but if you ask for no sour cream this meal can be vegan. Both the beans and rice are made with vegetable shortening, according to the cast member I spoke with at the restaurant. That means there is no animal product in their refried beans or Spanish styled rice.

This meal comes with a list of yummy items. First off, we have bean and rice. On top of that there is a nice serving of lettuce, a black bean mix, pico de gallo, guacamole and warm sauteed vegetables. All of this is seated inside a nice tostada shell bowl.

For a total of $11.99, before Annual Pass discount, this meal is perfect. Vegetarians and vegans can rejoice as this is one or many great meal options to enjoy at the Disneyland Resort.

Also at this location, upon check out, the cast member noted that if you purchase a drink, guests can receive a free refill.

Best part about this location, watching the sun set over the Rivers of America as you hear the train from Big Thunder Mountain Railroad cruise on by. Truly a great dining location!
