Disney parks are that of great character. On Saturday, the Disneyland Resort received an award from the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA), according to the Orange County Register.
The TEA is a group that highlights and presents awards to those in the theme park industry. These awards are based on theming aspects. The article goes on to say that the Thea Classic Award is granted to the “attraction that has stood the test of time.” In this case, this award has been given to Disneyland’s ‘it’s a small world.’
On top of that, Disney Parks also received two more awards. Disneyland Paris’ Bistrot Chez Remy received an award for best themed restaurant. Also, Walt Disney World Resort’s Animal Kingdom received an award based on best attraction on a limited budget. This attraction being Wilderness Explorers.
