Walt Disney World Resort to Increase Theme Park Ticket Prices

In recent new, ticket prices are to increase at the Disneyland Resort. This comes a few months before the 60th Anniversary Diamond Celebration. What also should be noted is that the Walt Disney World Resort is too increasing prices of tickets.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, these new price increases will take affect on February 22. The same day in which the Disneyland Resort’s ticket increase will also take affect.

The Magic Kingdom will be the first Disney Park to pass the $100 mark for a one-day park visit. The increased price for a one-day adult ticket will be $105. Other parks on resort property such as Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios will also have increased ticket prices. The one-day adult ticket will now be $99.

As for Disney Annual Passports, the Premier Pass, which includes access to parks at both the Walt Disney World Resort and the Disneyland Resort are said to increase to a price of $1099, according to MousePlanet. The Annual Pass is to be at a new rate of $654 and the Premium Pass will be $779.
