Since mid-August, the Breakfast in the Park with Minnie and Friends has not been offered at Disneyland’s Plaza Inn Restaurant. This will be changing soon. The character dining at Plaza Inn will be returning on Sunday, September 20, 2026. Reservations are currently available on the Disneyland app and website. This could change very soon, as it can be a popular offering.

While Breakfast in the Park with Minnie and Friends was not offered at Plaza Inn for the last month, it still served meals. During the closure, a sign posted the following notice: “The Character Dining experience at Plaza Inn will be temporarily unavailable starting August 17, 2026, and is expected to return in late September.” This notice remained on the Disneyland website on Saturday, despite reservations once again being available.

Fuel up for theme-park adventures with a hearty buffet breakfast and wave to popular Disney pals as they make appearances while you dine!

Rise and shine for “Minnie & Friends – Breakfast in the Park,” an all-you-care-to-enjoy spread of all your morning favourites: made-to-order omelettes and Minnie waffles, French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, fresh-baked pastries and breads, fruit and hot and cold cereals.

Help yourself to as much as you’d like, but don’t forget to keep an eye out for a variety of beloved Disney Characters. Make your wishes come true at the only Character Dining experience at Disneyland Park—with views of Sleeping Beauty Castle beyond. Have those cameras ready for some fun selfies!

Character lineup is subject to change without notice. Guests visiting Plaza Inn during breakfast will be required to pay for the Character Dining experience—charges do not apply to children under 3 years of age.

Character Dining is only available during breakfast at this location.

This experience is now $58 for adults (in August it was $55) and $35 for kids ages 3-9 (in August it was $33). Kids under 3 are free. Magic Key discounts do apply to this character experience.
