Toy Story 5 has a Disney+ arrival date, and a new music video from Taylor Swift for the film has been released. The newest movie in the franchise that kicked off with 1995’s Toy Story will be arriving on Disney+ on September 23, 2026. Fans will be able to watch this Pixar film exclusively on Disney’s streaming service.
I Knew It, I Knew You
Along with announcing the arrival of Toy Story 5 on Disney+ in September, Disney and Pixar also released a music video for the Piano Version of 14-time GRAMMY® Award-winning artist Taylor Swift’s original song I Knew It, I Knew You. This music video features footage from the film. This music video can be watched on Disney+, Spotify, and Apple Music. The record-breaking number-one hit single is performed by Taylor Swift and written and produced by Swift and Jack Antonoff.

This hit movie has already grossed over $1.1 billion globally since arriving in theaters in June. It introduces families to a new generation of toys and will soon be bringing the next chapter of Toy Story to viewers at home. Already, Toy Story is the most-watched film franchise on Disney+. It has over 2 billion streaming hours globally. The arrival of Toy Story 5 on Disney+ will see it added to the “Toy Story” Collection.
Soundtrack
The Toy Story 5 Original Soundtrack can also be pre-ordered in vinyl and CD formats. The soundtrack includes Swift’s hit single I Knew It, I Knew You. It also has a score by 7-time GRAMMY Award and 2-time Academy Award-winning composer Randy Newman. This is the fifth Toy Story film that Newman has written the score for. The vinyl and CD will be available on Friday, September 25, 2026.
