The fourth season has gotten off to quite a start for Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. There have already been dinosaurs and zombies, with more to come in the remaining 8 episodes of this second-to-last season of the show. The season started with Valles Marineris before turning to The Griffin Incident. The third episode will be called Human Best Friend and will arrive on Thursday on Paramount+.
Human Best Friend will have a different tone than the previous two episodes. The episode was written by Star Trek: Lower Decks writer Kathryn Lyn. Emmy-winning director Yana Gorskaya, who is known for her comedic work, took the helm for this episode. Unsurprisingly, this episode should be quite humorous when it arrives on August 6th.
