The Grand Canyon and Primeval World – Land of the Dinosaurs Dioramas are currently being refurbished at Disneyland along the Disneyland Railroad line. While this is being worked on, the Disneyland Railroad continues to offer grand circle tours. Currently, black walls are replacing both of these dioramas with cutouts of elements of each diorama placed in front of the black walls.
On Sunday, June 28, 2026, the Daps Magic team hopped on the Disneyland Railroad for a spin around Disneyland. Below is the video of this full ride aboard the railroad and what it looks like during the diorama refurbishment.
The Disneyland Railroad is an opening day attraction at Disneyland. As it circles Disneyland each day, guests get views of Adventureland, New Orleans Square, Frontierland, Fantasyland, Mickey’s Toontown, and Tomorrowland. There are four stations that the Disneyland Railroad now stops at:
- Main Street, U.S.A.
- New Orleans Square
- Mickey’s Toontown
- Tomorrowland
Guests at Disneyland can ride on trains pulled by one of these engines:
- C.K. Holliday
- E.P. Ripley
- Ernest Marsh
- Fred Gurley
- Ward Kimball
