New Disney Unscripted Looks Inside The Muppets Takeover of Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster

A new episode of Disney Unscripted has arrived on YouTube from the Disney Parks. This video takes a look at the transformation of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith to Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets earlier this year. This episode goes behind-the-scenes with Walt Disney Imagineering, Disney Live Entertainment, musicians, celebrity guests, and cast members who all came together to bring The Muppets to this Disney’s Hollywood Studios attraction.

This process included recording new music tracks, programming onboard audio, repainting the iconic guitar in front of the attraction, reimagining the queue and pre-show experience, and so much more. The video shows how this happened, along with how creative teams brought this new version of the attraction to life. To top it off, it also shows attraction testing, final show adjustments, and other details that were crucial to the successful opening of the attraction.
