Disney Imagination Campus, along with The Muppets, is proud to announce the return of Imagination Day in 2027. Imagination Day is a Teacher Professional Development course for teachers from kindergarten to high school.
In a teaser video on Instagram, Kermit the Frog joined Ashley Eckstein to let everyone know that Imagination Day is returning in 2027 and that The Muppets will be there as well. Kermit said that he and The Muppets can’t wait to be a part of celebrating teachers and all of the work they do to shape the minds of students every day. Kermit also said that he wouldn’t be where he is today without teachers who encouraged a young frog to follow his dreams.
Imagination Day is a free, virtual professional development event for teachers nationwide. By the end of the development day, teachers will earn a confirmation of attendance to apply toward their professional development hours, immerse themselves in insights from Disney Cast Members, special guests, and more, and discover how to create a classroom culture filled with imagination-powered learning.

Who Can Join?
- Imagination Day was created to bring a bit of Disney magic to professional development for teachers nationwide. Our event content is geared towards K-12 teachers. However, coaches, professors, administrators, and other group leaders are all welcome!
