The CHOC Walk in the Park will be taking place on August 2, 2026. Leading up to this special day, teams (including Team Daps Magic) are raising funds and awareness for this very special cause. One of the teams that is doing this is Team Carter Strong Forever. This year, they are hosting the Rock For CHOC event. This evening of high-energy music will raise funds for CHOC. When money and awareness are raised for CHOC, it benefits those children who are struggling with illness and their families. Below are the specifics for Rock for CHOC:

Team Carter Strong is this year’s CHOC Walk Ambassador Team. They walk in honor of their son and brother, Carter Ankeny. Below is a look at Carter’s story:
“Carter was a fighter, a leukemia warrior,” his mom Jamie said. “He faced every battle with strength and usually a smile. He showed us what it truly means to be #CarterStrong.” Today, the Ankeny family continues to share Carter’s story and honor his memory by making a difference in the world.
