Summer is here, and that means there’s been a menu update at Hollywood Brown Derby Restaurant at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World.

First up is the Pan-Roasted Halibut. The halibut is served on a bed of leek vichyssoise risotto, pea, and citrus. This entrée is $54.

Next is the Char Grilled Octopus. This dish is served with her-roasted potatoes, chimichurri, and chipotle-harissa aioli. This appetizer is $20.

Up next is the Fried Pork Chop. The pork chop is served with yuzu berrue blanc and summer vegetables. This entrée is $45.

Another entrée to enjoy at the Hollywood Brown Derby is the Braided Center-cut Short Rib. This dish comes with a hominy purée, roasted vegetables, smoky adobo glaze, and beef jus. This entrée is $54.

If you’re hoping to enjoy a dessert after your meal, you may want to enjoy a Honey Pot de Crème. This dessert features a strawberry compote, salted streusel, and ginger sponge cake. This dessert is $14.

Another dessert to enjoy is the Vanilla-Fruit Cheesecake. This vanilla cheesecake features peach sponge, strawberry panna cotta, streusel, strawberry-peach compote, mango coulis, and crunchy tuile. This dessert is also $14.

One other entrée to enjoy is the Filet Mignon. This dish comes with a rhubarb-red wine demi-glace, Yukon gold potato, and braised endive. This entrée is $56.
