Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind has been closed for most of the year. What started as a routine refurbishment period has ended up being so much more. At this point, there is no known reopening date for the attraction at Disney California Adventure. However, the Daps Magic team has been monitoring it and watching for any signs of progress. This morning, the biggest sign of progress in quite some time was seen. The Pixar Pier attraction could be seen cycling by Daps Magic team member Steven. This comes just a day after scrims could be seen around the attraction.

This could mean something or nothing. It could simply be testing as part of a bigger picture effort. It could also mean that the attraction is getting closer to reopening. Currently, it is not shown as open on the Disneyland website throughout the length of its calendar. Below are photos and a video that Steven took of the attraction this morning.

As can be seen in the photos and video, the walls are still up around the attraction. While there are still no official updates for the reopening of this attraction, this does seem to be a solid step forward toward its eventual return.
