Kids Rule Summer is seeing the Disneyland Resort focus on young families during the coming months, when kids often get a break from school. There will be lots of experiences for families with young kids to enjoy, along with deals to be found to visit The Happiest Place on Earth. During the day, kids and their families (or kids at heart) can enjoy Bluey’s Best Day Ever! They can also enjoy the updated Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, a complimentary lightsaber building experience, scavenger hunts, Disney Jr. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live!, and a whole lot more!
In the evening, there is also no shortage of fun activities for families with kids to enjoy. In both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, there are dance parties. For each of these dance parties, favorite Disney characters will show up throughout the night.
Stitch’s Interplanetary Beach Party Blast
In Tomorrowland at Disneyland, Stitch’s Interplanetary Beach Party Blast returns this summer for a limited time. This dance party will see Stitch and friends dancing the night away at the Tomorrowland Terrace. Along with some favorite Disney friends, there will also be some favorite tunes played throughout the evening.
Disney Friends Dance Party
Over on Hollywood Blvd at Disney California Adventure, Disney Friends Dance Party will be taking place in the Disney Theater for a limited time. Families can dance the night away in this air-conditioned space with their favorite Disney friends. They can also enjoy the fun effects found in the theater, including effects on the screen, bubbles, and even snow! During the media preview for this dance party, Chip and Dale, Clarice, Max, and Horace Horsecollar showed up to dance the night away!
Both of these dance parties begin on May 22nd as part of Kids Rule Summer. They will be available for a limited time. Check the Disneyland App or website for specific times for these dance parties.
