Happy World Simpsons Day! Yes, that is a thing. This unofficial holiday was founded in 2017 as the anniversary of the iconic animated family’s debut on The Tracey Ullman Show in 1987. In 1990, The Simpsons became its own FOX animated series. Today, it is the longest-running primetime scripted TV series in history (animated or not). The series is currently in its 37th season, and there is a new movie on the way!

To help celebrate this day, Disney has released a playlist of music from The Simpsons. With 44 songs and nearly two hours of music, this is a must-listen for any fan of The Simpsons on this special day.

Along with this playlist, a new vinyl record from The Simpsons will soon be available. The Simpsons with Songs in the Key of Springfield is available for pre-order. It will be available in September.
All seasons of The Simpsons can be watched on Hulu, with all previous seasons available on Disney+. What do you think of this playlist? Are you excited about this vinyl record that is coming out later this year? Share your thoughts and opinions in the comments below!
