The Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration begins on May 16, 2025. This celebration of seven decades of magic at Walt Disney’s original Magic Kingdom will be full of entertainment, food, merchandise, special experiences, and more! As the days get closer to the start of this milestone celebration, decorations are beginning to appear throughout the Disneyland Resort. This includes the arrival of a new crest on Sleeping Beauty Castle!
Over at Disney California Adventure, new decorations are beginning to pop up as well. From the moment guests enter Disney California Adventure, happy decorations are now welcoming them in to enjoy their day of magic. This includes a new medallion on the front of the Carthay Circle Restaurant, bunting on Buena Vista Street, a medallion where the Christmas Tree/Headless Horseman goes, and banners on Hollywood Boulevard.
