Last summer, Pixar Pals Playtime Party debuted as a part of the return of Pixar Fest to the Disneyland Resort. This summer, Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration will be celebrating seven decades of magical memories being made by guests visiting The Happiest Place on Earth! One of the memorable offerings from Pixar Fest last year was the Pixar Pals Playtime Party. This is an upbeat opportunity for young ones to have some fun as they dance and play with their favorite Pixar characters.
The experience will be returning to the Fantasyland Theatre on May 23, 2025, for a limited time. Below is a look at the Pixar Pals Playtime Party from Pixar Fest in the summer of 2024:
The experience will offer the chance to play interactive games, enjoy a variety of activities, and get photos at several locations that are inspired by favorite Pixar films around the theater. There will also be appearances by favorite Pixar pals. On top of that, some of the best Pixar shorts will be shown on the big screen.
This proved to be a very popular destination and experience for families with young children during Pixar Fest in 2024. It was also a great place to get photos with Pixar characters for fans of all ages. Throughout the day, there were a variety of characters seen around the theater and throughout the resort. Since this year is the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration and not Pixar Fest, it is possible that there will be different characters found throughout the parks, with fewer Pixar characters being on hand to meet with. Only time will tell on this.
