With Pixar Fest at the Disneyland Resort from April 26 through August 4, 2024, it is a prime time to go and meet some favorite Pixar pals! During Pixar Fest, they can be found in both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. There are opportunities to meet them, dance with them, and even talk with them! Some of these characters have been around the parks before, others only at special events, and some are completely brand new!
Below is a look at all of the Pixar characters that will be found throughout Pixar Fest at the Disneyland Resort, along with where to meet them!
Pixar Characters at Disneyland Park
Fantasyland
Fantasyland Theatre
There are quite a few characters to both watch dance and meet with at the Fantasyland Theatre for the Pixar Pals Playtime Party. During the show moment, there are quite a few characters to watch on stage and then dance with. They include:
- Mr. Incredible
- Mrs. Incredible
- Edna Mode
- Frozone
- Joy
- Sadness
- Woody
- Jessie
There are also opportunities to meet characters in special meet and greet locations throughout the Fantasyland Theater as well. These characters each have themed photo opportunities where they can meet with guests. This includes the following opportunities:
- Ian and Barley with their van, Guinevere – Onward
- Luca and Alberto in Portorosso, Italy – Luca
- Wade and Ember in front of Pixar wall – Elemental
- Dug and Russell in front of Carl Fredricksen’s house – Up
- Merida in front of medieval barrels and weapons – Brave
There are also photo opportunities found at the Fantasyland Theatre that bring to life other Pixar films as well.

Better Together – A Pixar Pals Celebration (Parade)
Better Together – A Pixar Pals Celebration is a brand new parade at Disney California Adventure Park. It has quite a few characters from a variety of Pixar films. This is a fun way to see lots of Pixar pals and also get a catchy tune stuck in your head. This parade includes the following characters:
- Pixar Lamp/Luxo Jr. (kind of a character, right!?)
- Turning Red – Red Panda Mei Lee and her father Jin Lee, her friends Miriam, Priya, Abby, and also 4*Town
- Up – Carl Fredricksen, Russell, Kevin, and Dug
- Soul – Joe Gardner and 22
- Inside Out – Joy and Sadness aboard Bing Bong’s wagon with Bing Bong behind them.
- Luca – Luca, Alberto and Giulia in beautiful Portorossa, Italy
- The Incredibles – Mr. Incredible, Mrs. Incredible, and Frozone
- Toy Story – Woody, Jessie, Buzz Lightyear
- Coco – Miguel and Dante
- Monsters, Inc. – Mike Wazowski and Sulley
