What’s gotten into the Matterhorn? In 1978 it was “Harold,” the abominable snowman who was the biggest feature of… enhancements to an aging attraction (this seems to be a theme for the cards of the 1970s). In addition to new lighting effects, icy grottoes, and unexpected encounters with Harold, the bobsleds themselves were redesigned to double the attraction’s capacity.
