Disney’s Encanto will now have a permanent presence at EPCOT. Disney Parks has announced that ¡Celebración Encanto! will be a full-time offering at EPCOT’s CommuniCore Plaza in World Celebration. The show is approximately 25 minutes long and includes favorite songs from Encanto. It is interactive and allows for young ones to dance with Mirabel and Bruno during part of the show.
Originally, the show was presented as a limited-time offering that was set to end after the summer season at Walt Disney World Resort. In September its run was extended. Now it appears that the show will be offered at EPCOT indefinitely. Currently, it is offered six times a day on the stage at CommuniCore Plaza. Encanto continues to be popular with guests. Along with ¡Celebración Encanto! , Disney California Adventure currently is presenting Mirabel’s Gifts of the Season as a part of the holiday offerings at Disneyland Resort. The first performance of this show can be seen here:
Disney’s Animal Kingdom will also be getting an Encanto presence as DinoLand gets transformed into a Tropical Americas land. This will include the first-ever Encanto-themed ride-through attraction. Disney has described the attraction in the following way:
Inside the Casita, Antonio has just received his special gift — the ability to communicate with animals — and his room has transformed into a rainforest. It’s time to go explore alongside him, and you never know what member of the family you might bump into…
Concept art has also been shared for this new attraction and area in Tropical Americas at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
