A brand new trailer has been released for the next Captain America movie. Now with Anthony Mackie carrying the shield, Harrison Ford also joins the Marvel Cinematic Universe for this new adventure that will be arriving in theaters on February 14, 2025. The movie sees Sam Wilson officially as Captain America and finds himself navigating a global plot that could have disastrous consequences.
The trailer was first shown to Disney fans at D23 Brazil – A Disney Experience. Crowds were treated to an appearance by Anthony Mackie himself to show the trailer. He was joined by Danny Ramirez, who portrays Joaquin Torres/Falcon. Check out the trailer below.

Anthony Mackie returns as the high-flying hero Sam Wilson, who’s officially taken up the mantle of Captain America. After meeting with newly elected U.S. President Thaddeus Ross, Sam finds himself in the middle of an international incident. He must discover the reason behind a nefarious global plot before the true mastermind has the entire world seeing red.
Captain America: Brave New World stars Anthony Mackie, Danny Ramirez, Shira Haas, Xosha Roquemore, Carl Lumbly, with Giancarlo Esposito, Liv Tyler, Tim Blake Nelson, and Harrison Ford. The film is directed by Julius Onah and produced by Kevin Feige and Nate Moore. Louis D’Esposito and Charles Newirth serve as executive producers.
