The Disneyland resort announced today that Magic Keys will be resuming sales on November 6, 2024. This comes after months of sales for the Disneyland Resort annual passes being on hiatus. Online queues for the Magic Keys will open no earlier than 8:45 AM on November 6th with sales beginning no earlier than 9:00 AM.

Additional Magic Key Details
To visit a Disneyland Resort park with a Magic Key, a park reservation on a day that is available for the level of Magic Key must be obtained. The number of reservations that can be held by a Magic Key holder depends on the type of pass.
The Magic Key reservations are subject to a no-show policy. If a Magic Key holder misses 3 reservations in any 90-day window, they will be unable to make any new park reservations or modify existing park reservations for 30 days. The 30-day period begins the day after the third no-show and will continue even if the pass is upgraded to another pass type or renewed during that time. In other words, a Magic Key holder can’t simply buy their way out of the 90-day window. A Magic Key holder who enters either park at any time before closing on the day of the reservation is not considered a no-show. Currently, cancellation or modification of a reservation must be done by 11:59 PM PT on the day before the reserved date.
Magic Keys do allow for park hopping after 11:00 AM daily at this time. After 11:00 AM, Magic Key holders are also able to enter either park at the Disneyland Resort regardless of which park their reservation has them starting at. A park reservation is still required, however, for one of the two parks.
The resumption of Magic Key sales on November 6th could lead to a heavy workload for the Disneyland website. It is possible that this will mean there will be a lengthy queue if this round of Magic Key sales proves to be popular. It is also possible that any or all levels of Magic Key passes could sell out. If this is a priority, do not procrastinate on purchasing a Magic Key sales can be suspended at any time.
